Paid, Full-Time Work From Day One<\/strong><br>As an apprentice, you\u2019ll be placed on active job sites working under real conditions. This isn\u2019t unpaid training\u2014it\u2019s a job with real income that grows as you progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Structured Pathway to Civilian Success<\/strong><br>Military veterans thrive in environments with structure, clear expectations, and progression. That\u2019s exactly how our apprenticeship is built:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>4 years total<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8,000 hours of on-the-job training<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>832 hours of classroom instruction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Weekly online and\/or in-person learning (2\u20134 hours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Direct Job Placement on Federal Projects<\/strong><br>You\u2019ll work on secure, high-level projects like NASA, Space Force, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps bases, and other federally funded construction jobs. Your existing security clearances and service experience are a natural fit for these environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. A Veteran-Friendly Training Team<\/strong><br>Our instructors and staff understand the veteran experience. Many are former service members themselves, and they\u2019re committed to helping you transition with confidence\u2014not just into a trade, but into a strong, stable community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Use Your VA Benefits Where Applicable<\/strong><br>Depending on your eligibility, you may be able to use GI Bill\u00ae benefits to supplement your apprenticeship. Certifications That Go With You<\/strong><br>You\u2019ll graduate with all required certifications to work as a Journeyman Carpenter\u2014including OSHA 10\/30, safety, scaffolding, and other trade-specific credentials.
