As a registered GNJ apprenticeship program, we work with a growing group of vetted employers across Florida who share a common goal: to grow strong crews by combining real-world job experience with structured, compliant training.
Participating Employers hire registered apprentices and allow them to earn while they learn, gaining hands-on experience under your supervision while we manage the curriculum, instruction, recordkeeping, and compliance. You get motivated workers. We handle the red tape.
